The problem
Families lack a centralized way to track their children's schooling (attendance, homework, results, discipline) and handle administrative tasks (payment, calendar). Institutions lack tools to deliver remote instruction.
My role
UI/UX Designer. Mobile learning platform with three user profiles (student, parent, teacher/trainer) plus a separate web platform for higher education instructors.
Key decisions
A trust channel between institution and family.
The parent feature gives full, real-time visibility into a child's schooling (attendance, payment, discipline, results), turning the app into a genuine trust channel between institution and family.
Evidence
Large Figma file, 58+ mobile screens across 3 roles, 29+ web screens, clear navigation architecture by module (homework, attendance, fees, exams, report cards, calendar, chat).
